Who are you voting for?
I’m going to assume you like me, you probably get multiple calls asking who you're voting for in the upcoming election. Instead of answering that question, I pose another: Who are you going to vote for, for eternity? Many people are focused on the upcoming election, but it's only for a four-year term. Some may argue that it has serious consequences, but for how long? There is a greater decision before us: Who will we vote for, for eternity? In Matthew 25, the Lord gives us a depiction of the great judgment where all will stand before Him. Some will be on the left and go into eternal destruction, while those on the right will enter eternal life. As we read in John 14:6, Jesus says, "I am the way, the truth, and the life." If we do not choose Jesus, we are choosing eternal destruction. We all have a choice. The real question is: Who are you going to vote for?
